Juvenile Clean-up aims to provide an alternative restorative service for teenagers aged between 13-17, who are first time or low level graffiti offenders. The Program provides an environment in which the referred young people undertake restorative activities in the presence of an appropriate adult role model. It aims to raise awareness on the effects of graffiti vandalism within younger generation and the community.

This response action is one of the multi-purpose strategies of Goodbye Graffiti from Australia. The program focuses on young people's skills as well  and provide them with access to trade based professionals that may assist in identifying future career pathways or contributors to a positive lifestyle.
