Creating shared formats for categorisation is about transparency in communicating costs and spending on managing and reporting graffiti (covering anti-social prevention based approaches, pro-social approaches, and urban management and design responses) as well as creating compatible categorisation and data formats that will enable clearer evaluation among dutyholders.
