Street Art Event, as a response action, offers regeneration opportunities, promotion of cultural capital and place-making. See No Evil festival (started in 2011 and took place in Nelson Street, Bristol, UK) is a tried and tested example for this response action. In this festival, street art is acknowledged in two ways: as a regeneration opportunity (by the Bristol City Council, local authority) and as a cultural and community engagement opportunity (particularly by the local artists, cultural promoters and art enthusiasts).
