The Platform consists of two parts; Open Information Hub and Collaborative Knowledge Base. You have access to Open Information Hub without registering your details, Collaborative Knowledge Base is for professional use and it is only accessible after registration.
The following terms and conditions of use are binding to the registered user of the website.
1. Registration
When you register on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the organization that you belong to or about yourself as a private person, not for a third party. By using the Platform as a registered user you agree that you maintain and promptly update the information provided by you about your organisation or yourself in order to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. In addition, you agree that you will comply with all policies of the Platform, including this Terms and Conditions.
To register you must have a valid email address. In addition to your email address, we ask that you provide us with your full name, username, organisation information if you specify any and profile details. You can update or change your account details, or remove your account completely.
After you complete the registration, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. If you use the Platform, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or if you feel your password has been compromised, or for any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure.
2. Term
If you breach any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
3. Administration
You can update/change/delete your organisational details by accessing your account at your Settings page, your organisational details at Data Collector/My Organisation Data; this will update your details specific to your organisation. As a private person registered to our Platform you will not have a profile page displayed on the Platform.
4. Content
Graffolution allows you to post, link, store, share, add, and suggest certain information, text, graphic, picture or other material (Content). As a registered user you have the sole responsibility for any content that you upload to the Platform. We cannot be held liable for copyright infringement related to any content that is provided by you.
You agree to provide accurate data and information about contents to the best of your ability and using information that you believe to be truthful. You agree not to use the Platform with malicious intent.
Only upload the sources here that you have the rights to disseminate. Otherwise this would be considered as a misuse of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to reject or remove any content. If you are a rights holder and are concerned that you have found material on the Platform, for which you have not given permission, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. By viewing the Platform you agree that you may encounter content that you may find offensive or indecent without the Platform being in any way responsible. Please contact us and report those contents that you find offensive, indecent, inappropriate or wrong. Graffolution reserves the rights to remove those improper or wrong contents; however we are under no obligation to do so.
Additionally, the Platform may maintain links to other webpages without any responsibility whatsoever as to their content. Use of any link is at the user's own risk.
5. Privacy
Any organisational or private information provided by you will be treated as confidential and we will take reasonable care to ensure that this information remains so. It will not be shared with any third parties. The organisational information that you shared will be published on the Collaborative Knowledge Base with your consent, additionally you will have the option to decide at your Settings page whether you want your information shown publicly on the Open Information Hub.
The Platform is designed to share knowledge and materials between all kinds of stakeholders, therefore we highly recommend you NOT submit any information on the Platform that you consider confidential.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for information being lost or compromised as a result of events beyond its control, including but not limited to malicious acts by others, etc.
6. General
These terms and/or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with relevant EU laws and the EU Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.
